Need to Cancel?

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order before it’s shipped for a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.

Return Policy

Changed your mind? No worries! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn.

• It should be in its original packaging and have the tags intact.
  Once we receive your return and confirm the item’s condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different style or size, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send you the exchanged item.

Return Shipping Fees

If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for a $10 return shipping fee.
If we made a mistake or sent a faulty item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider as processing times can vary.
If you’ve already done that and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
